Hey, I'm Nicky, and I started selling sheets while suffering through a bout of insomnia!
As an adult sleep is such a luxury. We have so many aspects of our lives competing for our attention and it is often our sleep that suffers.
With the best of intentions we tell ourselves we want to get up early, go for a walk, enjoy a cup of coffee. But this means committing to getting to bed early too.
I've learnt that good sleep hygiene for me means making my bedroom a haven where I'm giving myself the best possible chance of falling to sleep easily.
And that's where lovely sheets come in.
That fresh washed feeling is something I've always enjoyed with sheets, and I found that helpful to drifting off to sleep pleasurably. But alas that only comes around once a week, when I'm organised, and once a fortnight when I'm not.
